2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at skygaze07@gmail.com with your booking reference. Once approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 7-10 working days.
3. Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of government-imposed lockdowns or flight cancellations due to weather in Gulmarg, we offer Credit Vouchers valid for 12 months, allowing you to reschedule your Kashmir trip at no extra service cost.
